While state laws primarily govern the issue of returned merchandise, there's no federal law that requires a merchant to refund money. Per most state laws, refunds are subject to the established store refund policy at the time of purchase, unless the product purchased is found to be unfit for the purpose of which it was intended. A customer changing his or her mind after making a purchase, is not the fault of the merchant and the merchant cannot be held responsible. This establishment does offer refunds within reason.
We value all of our guests’ time and appointments. It allows us to serve you in the way that you deserve and with our full attention. Although there are times that appointment times need to adjusted, we respectfully require that you give at least a 24 hours notice for change or cancellation of your appointment. We reserve your appointment time to meet your specific needs and allows us to give you excellent service.
When there is less than 24 hours before the canceling or coming to your appointment, we do not get the opportunity to place a client from our waiting list for service. Therefore, we ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. If you are not able to give 24-hour notice or forgot your appointment, half the cost of your service will be applied or you will be billed.
As a courtesy, we send out an email to confirm your service appointments before your appointment date. We understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, so all our appointments are confirmed the day before. Please ensure that we have your current email address on file to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.
