Body fat percentage, Muscle mass, Water content, Segmental analysis (fat and muscle in different body areas), and Visceral fat (fat around organs).

Benefits:

Track progress in fitness and weight loss goals, Monitor body composition changes over time, Identify areas for improvement, and Assess overall health and wellness.

  1. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours before the scan.

  • Do not consume alcohol or caffeine for 2 hours before the scan.

  • Wear light, comfortable clothing.

  • Bring a list of any medications or supplements you are taking.

  •

Cost and Availability:

  • The cost of an InBody scan varies depending on the location and provider.

  • It is typically available at fitness centers, health clinics, and some medical offices.

  •

Accuracy:

  • InBody scans are generally considered accurate when performed correctly. However, factors such as hydration, food intake, and recent exercise can affect the results.

  •

An InBody scan is a valuable tool for monitoring body composition and tracking progress towards fitness goals. It is a non-invasive and convenient way to gain detailed insights into your physical health.
